OWNUP Coaching was founded on a rare dual perspective.

Born and raised in the Arab world, I spent the first 27 years of my life immersed in Middle Eastern cultural, academic and professional environments before expanding my career internationally. Today, based in Paris, I operate at the intersection of European executive standards and Arab relational culture.

This dual foundation shapes everything I do.

At 36, my professional journey has moved across engineering, executive search, luxury consumer goods, entrepreneurship and over a decade of communication coaching. This unconventional path allows me to combine structured analytical thinking with deep human understanding.

I am CELTA-certified and hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology — disciplines that inform a communication methodology grounded not only in language precision, but in behavioral insight and executive presence.
